Winter Template
This is a fluid, two column template based on the CSS here, with some additions and changes. I have colored the header, boxes, and footers just to illustrate the design, but the template is all ready for your customization. This template would probably work well in a variety of situations, from personal blog to business website. All the EE templates you need are included in the zip file which you can download here.
Version History: updated version available
1.1 (12/14/04): Fixed reference to comments template in left column “Recent Entries” code
1.0 (12/1/04): Initial release
Creating Static Pages in EE
There is a helpful thread in the pMachines forum about various ways one can integrate static pages into EE. I have generally created separate templates for pages such as “About,” “Privacy,” etc., but LisaJill and Chris Curtis offer up some interesting alternatives. Sue has also posted about this as well. If you have any other ideas or suggestions on how these pages can be created, implemented, or maintained, please post your thoughts.
